Stephanie Oplinger is a multi-disciplinary visual artist from western Pennsylvania. Working in painting, printmaking and sculpture, she endeavors to share the narratives and dreamy landscapes of her imagination, celebrate the beauty of feminine power and voice, and advocate about issues in our contemporary world. Her printmaking work most often explores the strains of unrealistic expectations on women in our society, the celebration of feminine strength, and our human relationship with the earth and our environment. Stephanie works with monoprint, linocut relief, reductive relief, screen-printing, and surface pattern design.
